People first
We design systems that support human judgment, not sideline it. If a feature quietly removes a person from a decision they should be part of, we don't ship it.
Harrier Technology Group
We bring technology into the scenarios that need it most, in a way that strengthens human coordination, not one that replaces it.
What We Stand For
Every system we build exists to support the people inside it: the ones making the decisions, doing the work, and living with the outcome. Technology is the tool. People remain the point.
We design systems that support human judgment, not sideline it. If a feature quietly removes a person from a decision they should be part of, we don't ship it.
We don't design for hypothetical use cases. We design for the situations (complex, messy, and human) that genuinely need solving.
The systems people depend on should be dependable. We design for clarity and accountability at every layer, not just the surface.
Like our namesake, we favour precision over noise: sharp focus on what actually matters, and nothing bolted on for its own sake.
Where it started
Residential complexes are small communities: trustees who volunteer their time, security teams watching over residents, neighbours coordinating shared spaces. We kept seeing technology brought into these communities in ways that added friction instead of removing it: systems that replaced the trustee rather than supporting them, or automated away the judgment calls that only the people who actually live there can make.
Complexit was built differently, as a platform that gives communities better tools to coordinate without taking the humans out of the loop.
That principle, technology that strengthens coordination instead of replacing it, is the reason Harrier Technology Group exists.
Our Products
Multi-tenant residential complex management, built around the people who run and live in them.
Visit complexit.co.za →Keep residents and trustees informed, in one place, instead of scattered across group chats and notice boards.
Log, track, and resolve incidents with a clear, shared record: support for the security teams on the ground, not a replacement for them.
Tools built around the volunteers who govern a complex, making their work easier without taking the decisions out of their hands.
Straightforward scheduling for shared spaces, so communities spend less time coordinating and more time using them.
Built for owners and investors holding units across more than one complex. Switching between them is the norm, not an edge case.
